WOW! As soon as you walk in the door you are met with a wide view of the ocean! Out the back, a beautiful view of the bay- don't miss the sunsets over the bay, they are breathtaking! This condo is really amazing. Open floor plan allows for plenty of room in the main area of house. The condo was super clean and tastefully decorated. You do feel like you are at the beach, even inside. Kitchen well stocked and owner even has a couple of buggies to help take your stuff to the beach which is just a quick hop across the street! We had a wonderful vacation, thank you so much for opening your amazing home to our family! We made a week of wonderful memories! This condo does not disappoint.

We've been renting luxury properties for decades. With friends on a weekend in April we decided to rent a home in Destin over 4th of July. We were so lucky because ChillPill just hit the market. We did not hesitate to book it. The photos are accurate and when we arrived our expectations were exceeded. A huge plus is the membership on the beach with beach chairs and umbrellas at the water's edge. We walked back and forth each day because it's extremely convenient. But, with the amazing pool and and all the amenities the house has to offer it's a tough to leave. So, when you wake each day on your vacation you have to make a tough decision is today going to be the pool, the beach or both. Isn't that how it should be? ChillPill is the perfect name for a luxury property that will provide your family and or friends memories for a lifetime..trust me!

Literally not a single negative thing to say about this house. Every bedroom is super spacious with their own private bathroom which was fabulous and all the kids had their own room filled with bunk beds, couches and their own TV. Only thing I didn’t think of was the stairs and need of a baby gate with my 15 month old-the rental company down the road didn’t have one wide enough for these stairs. Other than that, Kitchen fully stocked, plenty of beach toys, the umbrellas and chairs being set up every day was unbelievably nice. I literally could not have found a better vacation rental even if I built it myself. 2 fridges was super nice to have. I could go on. BOOK NOW!!!!

This property was amazing. They have provided almost every thing you need while at the beach. We had 11 people staying and we had all the room we needed and never felt crowded or on top of each other. Would rent this again. Thanks for a great vacation!!

The Chill Pill couldn’t have a been more appropriately named. This house has everything you need to have a real “chilled” get away. We have stayed in many holiday homes around the world and have never stayed anywhere so well appointed. We would not hesitate to recommend this house to anyone looking for a beach get away.

The Chill Pill was gorgeous, well-appointed and steps from the beach. Just cross the street and dip your toes in the water. The beds were high quality and the mattresses were comfortable. The home has plenty of dishes, kitchen supplies, towels and everything a big family might want. The WiFi was great too. I highly recommend this home!!

All you need is a swimsuit... they have the rest covered! The Chill Pill is the ultimate family beach house. The layout of the house is perfect. There is enough room for everyone to have their own space but nothing is wasted. Our group of 6 adults and 6 children enjoyed every inch of the Chill Pill. The pool table and shuffle board kept the teens busy while the swimming pool was perfect for the kiddies. We spent our mornings cooking big breakfasts in the dream kitchen and our afternoons at the beach! You can't ask for a better location in relation to the beach. Everyday we packed the provided wagon with life vests and towels, loaded the rolling cooler with drinks and with the stand up paddle board on my shoulder (did I mention all of these were provided by the wonderful hosts!) and made the long 6 HOUSE trek to the beach! lol. No really - the beach is only a 1/2 block away. Once we made it to the beach, the attendant set up the 6 chairs and 3 umbrellas that came with the rental. Our first day, we were about 50 yards away from the beach entrance. He asked how long we were there, and for the remainder of our stay, he had our chairs set up right down front (less than 50 steps)! This was the perfect Mother's Day getaway and it definitely won't be our last time at the Chill Pill! Thank you Dana for making this such an amazing last minute trip!!!

We had the pleasure of staying at the Chill Pill for an extended Mother's Day weekend trip. The house is absolutely amazing and Dana is an incredible host. We had 6 adults and 6 children with us ages 4-16, everyone had their own space and we still had an unused bedroom. If you like to cook you won't want to leave. I have never been so excited to cook breakfast for 12 in my life. The pool table and shuffle board were perfect for the teens. The distance to the beach was perfect. Our second day we went to the beach and informed the attendant that we would be there for 4 days. Day 1 - he set up the 6 umbrella chairs that come with the rental in a nice semi-circle about 20 yards down the beach (still close). Day 2 - 4 our chairs were right in front. Less that 20 steps to paradise! Dana was such a wonderful host. On day two of our stay we asked her to turn up the pool heat and she replied within 20 minutes. Everything we needed was provided - we brought the swimsuits, food, and drinks and kicked back! I can's say enough good things about this house and the host. I will never stay in another Destin rental
