As a Pensacola native, I grew up swimming and sunning on these Emerald Coast beaches - and even lifeguarded on them! I pesonally own and manage all six of my condos, which are in a variety of sizes to fit all your needs. I believe in under-promising and over-delivering. I am here to personally answer your questions and provide very comprehensive information for your stay. You will find all of our condos extremely well-equipped and we provide many 'extras' that you rarely find in vacation condos such as spices, beach chairs, rolling coolers, and a beach cart to help you haul your items. We are at the beach at least six trips per year and even keep a boat in the area. I am passionate about the area, about what I do, and about making sure you have a fantastic stay!

PERFECT LAYOUT We personally designed our EIGHTH vacation home to be just PERFECT for you, carefully planning and maximizing entertainment and living space where you spend most of your time -- while minimizing wasted space. EVERY bedroom has its own TV, and its own private EN-SUITE bathroom. There are 6 King beds plus 6 sets of twin bunks (4 sets are sturdy built-ins) including a 500 sq ft bunk room on the top floor. with an additional lounge/TV area. Second and third floors open onto balcony with views of beach. Dual refrigerators and a modern gourmet kitchen with all the gadgets make cooking a breeze. Our modern, coastal, NO-FUSS feel completes the perfect atmosphere, for a perfect vacation!

ENTERTAINMENT Our main living room is an open plan, 43' X 17', overlooking the PRIVATE POOL area, with room for everyone.  Shoot a game of pool at our Presidential POOL TABLE, or challenge your teenager at the SHUFFLEBOARD TABLE for some quality family time!  Bring everyone together at two high-top gathering tables for meals, evening happy hour, or some board games or cards!  Enjoy a 65" and 60'' TV on opposite ends of the living room and a  SONOS streaming sound system.  The kitchen is open to the living room and has a 9' X 5' center island with bar stools.  This spacious open concept living room has two sets of french doors leading to the private pool and back patio, and is the heart of this home for maximum CHILL TIME!

BEACH FUN With a beach access on each side of us - 150 steps  to one and 200 steps to the other - you'll love our location directly across the street from one of the most stunning beaches in the United States! WE PROVIDE so much fun and cost-saving equipment for your use!: FREE Beach service for 6 (3 double set-ups) plus 6 folding sand chairs, two rolling coolers, 12 beach towels, and a beach cart to roll your supplies to beach, plus TWO stand-up paddleboards and a beach kayak.  We also provide 6 bikes.  You'll appreciate having Camille's and 790 (Inn at Crystal Beach's beach-side bistro) each a half-block away.  Destin Commons and DOZENS of restaurants plus shopping and the AMC 14 theaters are less than a half-mile away.
